1. RESERVATIONS, AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
1.1 RESERVATIONS
All reservations, amendments and cancellations must be made in writing to the Lodge, failing which such reservation; amendment or cancellation will not be considered binding.
1.2 CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations have to be submitted in writing.
1.3 CANCELLATION POLICY:
31+ days prior to arrival date -10%"
30-16 days prior to arrival date - 50%
15-11 days prior to arrival date - 75%
Less than 10 days prior to arrival date - 100%
Non-arrivals and early departures - 100%
2. PAYMENTS
2.1 CREDIT FACILITY HOLDERS
Credit facilities are only extended to approved registered companies upon signature and return of these terms & conditions together with a credit application form.
All accounts, must be paid within 30 days from the date of invoice, after which the Lodge may charge interest at the maximum permissible rate of the Usury Act, as amended from time to time.
2.2 ALL OTHER TOUR OPERATORS
Payments for services reserved at the STO rates must be received in full by the Lodge 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, payment must be received within 7 days of placing of such reservation. Alternatively, the guide can also pay at the lodge with cash or credit card. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions, the lodge reserves the right to charge the clients on departure.

The onus is on the Tour Operator to confirm payment details to the Lodge prior to arrival.
Any queries on invoices must be settled with the accounts department of the lodge in writing within 7 days from date of invoice.
