Welcome to Klipberg Cottage.
Klipberg Cottage is located on Kingsrivier Farm on the outskirts of McGregor and offers quality accommodation. The cottage is ideally suited to guests looking to break away for the rush of city life and it also makes for a great spot from where to explore the surrounding wine farms and many other attractions.
The spacious cottage comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Linen and towels are supplied for guests' convenience.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2-plate stove, a large fridge, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. There is a dining room table and chairs where guests can enjoy a meal together. There is also an indoor braai for those cold winter nights and a sunny patio for that early morning coffee.
Mountain bikers and nature lovers will feel right at home with numerous trails to walk or ride.

Our weekend at Klipberg cottage was probably one of our most memorable. The escape from the busy city life was exactly what was needed to relax and unwind. The spacious yet cosy cottage has everything you will need and more! It is well kept and so clean I couldn’t fault this place even if I tried. From the breath taking mountain views to the starry night sky - just breathtaking. The hostess Janine went above and beyond the usual courtesy and people from the neighbouring farms are equally friendly and helpful. There is not enough stars to rate this amazing place! I would definitely recommend Klipberg to anyone!
Very neat and quiet place. Nice indoor braai facilities. Perfect for a weekend away from the city.

Peaceful & quiet town set among beautiful scenery! Best for weekend visits! Tabaldi's restaurant at Temenos Retreat is a must for delicious food and fine dining.
McGregor is very very quiet midweek, would like to visit again at the weekend to see if it comes alive.
Enough good food and wine to enjoy without being commercialized and touristy. Enjoyed the countryside and being “away from it all”.
