NOTE 27 April - 1st May - Margate Bike Week - Harley Davidson Festival - there will be high noise levels and loud music each day.

All apartments are air-conditioned with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests comfortably, with a double bed in the main room, 2 single beds in the second and third bedrooms and a sleeper couch in the lounge.

I have been with RCI since 1988 and have stayed in many different resorts, this is by far the best. Staff were exception, well inform about restaurant and places to visit. Well done to the resort on maintaining such a high standard. The sun rises are superb. Lynn
Probably the best location in Margate. Main beach is about 30 meters from the property's entrance and there are many restaurants within walking distance.
The apartment we stayed in is well equipped and furnished and its balcony had an unspoiled view of the main beach and seas horizon.
Staff at reception very professional and helpful.
Situated directly opposite main beach, there was no need to ever start the car after we arrived: Walking distance from the beach, the Wimpy and Shoprite. The warm pool with outside showers at the hotel was a pure luxury after a sandy day on the beach with the kids. We stayed on the 5th floor and had magnificent views of the ocean. Thank you to all the friendly staff of Margate Sands for a lovely stay!

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
