From the personal welcome message to the beautiful setting, just perfection. The little things make such a difference and were great. From the scented soap to the handy air fryer. Wonderfully set up and comfortable. Will definitely go again.
One of the best Western Cape getaways I’ve had ! If you looking for a getaway and a weekend filled with rest, relaxation & tranquility this is definitely the place for to be. I was extremely smitten. My fiancé and I have decided this our go to break away.
Beautiful cottage, amazing helpful hosts (Daniel & Michael). Thank you so much ! There was not a thing we were dissatisfied with!
What a wonderful stay at OEWERZICHT. We loved the peaceful atmosphere of the farm. The hot tub was the best!!! Highly recommended.
Wonderfully tranquil
Beautiful views and lovely cottage. Near Greyton. Peace and tranquility.
Perfect place for a winter break. (We stayed in one of the 2 sleeper cottages on the river bank). Hot tub with enough wood provided to keep it going. Communal kitchen and indoor braai area very well stocked/equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook or braai. Room was very comfortable with indoor fire place and heater to keep the cold at bay. Will definitely be back and this time with friends!
PS: Bring enough fire starters with you! The wood logs they sell on the property are quite big.
What a gem. Everything was perfect. We loved the hot tub (and the fact that the host "started" it every morning), the quiet (we had the whole area for ourselves) and that our 4 pawed kids were welcome. The fresh baked bread was an extra surprise.
The leaking geyser was fixed the next day, but it didn't bother us at all. The outdoor shower was also lovely.
We will be back!!
The stay was absolutely fantastic. Perfect winter breakaway with peace and quiet.
We had a lovely stay in our stone cottage which was well thought out and beautifully furnished.
The place is nice but unfortunately a few things went wrong for us.
