This Lovely self catering family home is the ideal getaway for the whole family. It has a relaxing atmosphere with bird life, awesome mountain views
The house offers a open plan lounge, dining area with built in in door braai/BBQ and fully equipped kitchen.
The 3 bedrooms all have double beds. Main bedroom is en-suite and there is one shared bathroom
PLEASE NOTE- A once off cleaning and laundry fee of R 800.00 is due regardless of the length of stay
A breakages deposit of R 2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages
REGRETFULLY NO PETS ALLOWED
STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. A R 1000 PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED. You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke

Beautiful nature and foot paths, for walking, jogging, cycling!! Save and peaceful holiday place!
Vermont is close to the main part of town (10-15min drive) but out of the hustle and bustle so perfect for a quieter stay. Also closer to Hemel en Aarde valley where the wine farms are.
