This French inspired guest house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, centrally located and close to beaches, restaurants and other attractions of East London.
All Hampton Rose rooms are separate from the main house with separate entrances. The guest house is strictly non-smoking. Each room has an outside private patio which are designated smoking areas.
We are now a loadshedding free zone. Inverters and batteries have been installed to make your stay with us loadshedding free

I needed time to get away and at the Hampton Rose guest house I got just that. I was able to relax and unwind. The environment is conducive to having time to yourself, enjoying your mini holiday while still having easy access to all amenities of a city.
Staying at Hampton rose was a very relaxing experience, the room was calming and warm, beautifully decorated but not over the top. Linen was fresh and bed super comfortable, lovely full bathroom filled with the smell of lavender. Breakfast was first class with everything made freshly. I felt very safe going out and coming back to the .bb at night. Slept like a baby, thought I was at home!!!! Can and will recommend Hampton rose .bb to my friends and family.
Colleen and her partner are such warm hosts. I had a great weekend.
