Sebe Sebe Lodge is situated about 70km northwest of Lephalale. Awaiting you are some of those African moments that rekindles your local roots. Embrace the fact that the journey there helps in setting the scene with the beautiful landscape and surrounds preparing you for a warm reception at the lodge.

The exquisite decor compliments the character of Sebe Sebe Lodge and you will immediately feel at home. Visitors can settle on the large deck looking directly onto the Limpopo River and across into Botswana or have a drink in the adjoining cosy pub, complete with large screen satellite TV.

Alternatively listen to the sounds of nature around the river, including many bird species. Adventurous guests can explore further on foot , mountain bicycle or open game drive vehicle.

Sebe Sebe Lodge is not an "all bells and whistles" commercial resort, just bushveld at its very best with food and amenities to match. If you just want to get away from it all and get back in touch with nature, yourself, some good friends, or a romantic partner, Sebe Sebe Lodge is a great place to go. You will be reminded just how fortunate we are to live on a continent where we can find great surprises like this, where you least expect them.

Visited Sebe Sebe Lodge for two days to do a recce for a wedding taking place at the venue in August 2018. Loved the venue and all it had to offer. The Limpopo still has the most gorgeous sunsets. Willem made sure that all our needs were catered for. He is a real gem and the most jovial person one can meet. Despite the fact that 140 mils of rain had fallen a day or two before our visit, the owners, Sieg and Sandra, took us on a game drive during which we saw a large number of game. We were accommodated in the self catering unit that is very well equipped. If you need to break away from the concrete jungle, head north to Sebe Sebe. Planning on visiting Sebe Sebe Lodge long before the August event! Words seems to be inadequate to describe this venue.

We stopped for one night to break the journey on the way to Botswana. Lovely views from the Br deck over the Limpopo river, lots of Buck on the property. Very helpful staff and we had a very nice dinner and breakfast before departing the next day to Botswana. The swimming pool keeps you cool and fresh for the journey.

We stayed over at Sebe Sebe en route to Botswana and yet again it did not disappoint. This is a truly special gem beautifully situated on the river.

The rooms are beautifully & tastefully decorated with all one could need. The staff as always were friendly & welcoming. The 3 course dinners are to die for & excellently prepared & always extremely well presented & tasty thanks to the on site chef & kitchen staff.

A fabulous place for a short or long stay!

Lephalale (Ellisras) is very convenient for the border posts to Botswana.

Construction activities in the region makes it difficult for general tourism. Shopping Centres are of high quality but very crowded at times. Lots of places just outside of Lephalale offers typical African experience and is perhaps better for tourism.
Okay. 3 out of 5
