A spacious house, with pool and entertainment areas to give both young and old the sense of being on a well deserved break. Its breathtaking views of the Lagoon, wild animals in the green belt, bird life, wild flowers and more, all add to the perfect holiday destination.
Although two minutes’ drive to the beach and restaurants, this house offers it all without stepping outside its parameters. A fully equipped large kitchen with separate scullery (dishwasher, w/machine/dryer), BBQ area, dining area, flat screen TV.
Three bedrooms with king, queen and double beds. 1 Full bathroom, 1 en-suite and 1 guest toilet. Equipped with DSTV. Free WIFI with monitored usage. 8 seater dining table.
The house sleeps 6 people, but can accommodate 8 with an extra 2 bunk beds in an open area. Lots of activities in the area.
There is a 5 - 7 night minimum stay required over December.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE HEAVY WATER RESTRICTIONS IN THE WESTERN CAPE AND WEST COAST AREAS THE SWIMMING POOL MIGHT NOT BE USABLE AS MUNICIPAL WATER IS NOT ALLOWED TO FILL THE POOLS AT ALL. IN THE EVENT OF IT BEING USABLE WE WOULD HAVE STRICT RULES REGARDING TO CLOSE IT WITH THE COVER AFTER USE AND NO SPLASHING OR JUMPING OR ACTIVITIES OF ANY KIND WHICH WILL LEAD TO WASTING WATER.

It was a lovely weekend with my family. Beautiful house. The host was nice and helpful. Only the day we going home and we have to get 10.00 the morning out . Tooo early I think they must make the check out later, because we came from far. And the place is expensive and we arrive later there.
I have been here with friends in November 2017. Even though, Western Cape had high water restrictions at the time - the place was amazing to us. All we wanting was a family type of time and that's what we got. Quiet and Beautifully located. Thank you to the owner for allowing us to unwind.
