Welcome to Isiqalo Bed and Breakfast.
Isiqalo B&B is a comfortable home away from home place comprising of 5-bedrooms 3 with en-suite and 2 are sharing bathroom.3 bedrooms are inside guest house where 1 has en-suite and other 2 are sharing a bathroom and 2 are outside which have both got en-suites.It is situated just off Jacob Zuma Drive, close to Grahamstown's city centre, shops and restaurants, Police station, Engen garage & Cash build Hardware.From the hardware it's on the 2nd right turn off.We offer both bed and breakfast and self catering facilities.There's a lounge,dining and kitchen as well as braai-area.
We offer secure parking - inside a closed yard with,electric fencing,remote & lockable gates at all times,

I really enjoyed my stay. The host gave me a warm welcoming. As cold as Grahamstown is but she made sure I'm warm when I'm in a temporary home. When i asked to check out a bit later cause my flight was later in the day, she agreed with a smile.

The Old buildings, the stunning churches and Cathedral, the history and the National Arts Festial.
The roads are full of potholes, everything closes very early during the weekend.
During fest, the Long table is a very good place for dinner!
Grahamstown is a lovely town but the terrible potholes and lack of water in town is a huge problem for visitors and residents alike. My sons are students at Rhodes University and struggle immensely with the bad water supply and as they call it "water shedding" as they sometimes go up to three days days at a time without water
Old world charm and quietness.
Beautiful old buildings to visit! The terrible streets full of potholes make this 5 star town unfortunately a 3 star place!
