Set in the lovely gardens of Nehema Manor, the stylish, cozy and detached cottages are situated. Lemon Tree Cottage can accommodate 4 people and Modjadji Cottage 5 people. The air-conditioned units are across the Aerial Cableway, close to all the restaurants and tourist places. Free private parking is available on site.
In Room Facilities:The cottages each have 2 bedrooms that are furnished with queen size and single beds, and shares the use of a bathroom with a shower and a bath. For convenience, linen and towels, electric blankets, heaters, and fans are provided.
Area Information:Hartbeespoort, informally also known as "Harties", is a small resort town in the North West Province of South Africa, situated on slopes of the Magaliesberg mountain and the banks of the Hartbeespoort Dam. The name of the town means "gateway of the hartbees" (a species of antelope) in Afrikaans. It was previously known as Schoemansville, named after General Hendrik Schoeman, a Boer General in the Anglo-Boer War, who owned the farm that the Hartbeespoort Dam was built on.
Hartbeespoort is the collective name of a few smaller towns situated around the Hartbeespoort Dam, including the towns of Meerhof, Ifafi, Melodie, Schoemansville and Kosmos.
The town consists of holiday homes and permanent residences around the dam as it is popular with visitors from nearby Gauteng Province. It is home to the Om Die Dam (English: Around the dam) ultra marathon of 50 km, which takes place annually in the first half of the year.
Property Facilities:The open-plan living area opens onto a patio, that is also contain BBQ facilities. Safe parking is available. Please note Nehema Manor's cottages is a non-smoking establishment, but guests are welcome to smoke outside.
Attractions:Attractions in the area include the Hartbeespoort cable way, the Elephant, Monkey and Cheetah Sanctuaries, mountain biking- and climbing routes,boat rides, abseiling, river rafting, 4x4 trails, hot-air ballooning as well as a variety of restaurants and markets.

Quick and easy check-in and check-out procedure, which was really convenient after a long drive & sitting in traffic, so there was no need to 1st go to reception to check-in on arrival, as the keys are in a lock-box outside the room, and the host send you the password as well as the gate's code beforehand!
Best place to get away, safe, super clean, staff is professional, friendly and amazing.
I'll definitely recommend to anyone looking to have fun with friends and just rest. Very affordable as well with an awesome view.

There is a lot of activities you can participate in and also sites to visit. There is always something to do and amaze yourself with the scenery.
We visited the Van Gaalen Cheese farm and it was amazing the hospitality and the scenery is overwhelming.
