Rondefontein Guest Farm welcomes you to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The farm has five comfortable chalets as well as a two-bedroom family chalet. Our chalet names are Merino, Dorper, Dammera, Persie and Dormer. Our Family Chalet is Stal.
Join us in the cosy dining room with a fully licensed bar and fireplace. For an additional fee we offer a home cooked (boerekos) meal with one of the best Karroo Lamb dishes in the area or enjoy a hearty English breakfast before heading out for the day.
Rondefontein is a working Merino sheep farm, guests are welcome to go for a walk on the farm and enjoy the fresh air and the beauty the free-state has to offer. The area around the farm is a mountain biker’s haven with amazing views and bird watching.
Visit us for the greatest Southern Free State hospitality in the Springfontein District.

Lovely farm, conveniently situated straight off the highway (but minimal traffic noise). Room was very comfortable with many extras. The food was outstanding, with extremely generous portions and the host very friendly and accommodating. We loved all the bunnies, cats, dogs and chickens wandering around!

Delightful oasis in the Free State, close to the N1 but not close enough to hear the traffic. Attractive overnight stop for travellers, or a getaway where you can relax for a couple of days. Accommodation is comfortable in a beautiful shady garden, and there's a pub-restaurant plus a pool. Small braai area under the trees.
We had a fantastic stay. The meals were wonderful and we enjoyed the homely atmosphere. Skye, the Boston terrier was the star of the show!
