Villa Marina guest house is situated on the slopes of Signal Hill in Green Point. We are a 5 minute drive to the Waterfront, and are close to the Cape Town International Convention Centre,Table Mountain, and are only a few minutes away from the golf course, Gym, beachfront, Green Point Stadium, restaurants and clubs, the new Cape Quarter and the city centre (Green Market Square, The Company Gardens, Castle of Good Hope, and the Planetarium).
There are two en-suite bedrooms each with own private enclosed balcony with sea views and we have a third en-suite bedroom with an outdoor patio but no sea view. All rooms have twin beds and are non-smoking.Each room is equipped with colour TV, fan, and hairdryer. Tea and coffee facilities, fridge and microwave are also provided.
Parking is in front of the property. 1 Garage available please per-book if available no additional charge.

Excellent holiday.Sandy, Madge and Caroline made us feel comfortable and they make an excellent team. Thoroughly enjoyed the morning breakfasts and morning chats with the ever pleasant Sandy. The Villa Marina is situated in a beautiful surburb,well equiped and very safe. The comfort and convenience really makes it a home away from home.We will definately be going back.

Easy access to everything, and many things only walking distance around to enjoy, including the promenade, Green Point Park, Virgin Active gym, V&A water front, Cape Town stadium, Long street and the Green Market square. also many great restaurants and coffee shops near by.
Best sleep I have had at a backpackers in years. Decor and staff are notably excellent. I will be back.
