The old Bloekomsrus farmhouse was recently restored and lovingly converted to a beautifully guesthouse. Managed separately from the function venue, the farmhouse can be booked by the bridal party as a convenient pre-wedding gathering- and accommodation space. It is also ideal for a group of friends or just as a quick break away over the weekend.
The farm house consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 11 guests. Each bedroom is fitted with a double bed and 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the modern conveniences guests will need for self-catering. The living area has ample seating and a lovely dining area where guests can enjoy their meals. There is a patio with outdoor furniture and a braai area under the tall trees.
The Cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. They each have their own entrance, en-suite bathroom and coffee station.
The Bridal Suite, situated next to The Cottage, also has its own private entrance. It has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet and shower. The room has a kitchenette fitted with a microwave, bar fridge, and coffee- and tea-making facilities.
The farm is centrally located near Wellington, Hermon, Riebeeck West, Riebeeck Kasteel, Tulbagh and Gouda.
