At Shondoro you can enjoy our natural swimming pool with a view on the mountain. The swimming pool is part of cottages.
There are 3 stone and thatch cottages each with its own small boma and braai area. Outside kitchens offer the opportunity to cook and eat in the open. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen.

Area Information:You can go for a walk next to the seasonal river or up one of the many mountain trails. Enjoy the amazing bird life, go for a mountain bike ride or just relax and soak up the silence.
Property Facilities:Mountain biking (bring your own bike). There are farm roads (total approximately 20 km's) and many smaller natural trails and paths for the novice and the more advanced riders.

Very nice, secluded and clean.
“We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The lodge was perfect for a family of 4 and had all the features one would expect. There was a swimming pool in the middle of the bush which was a complete gem. Definitely worth the visit”

What we had in Vaalwater was amazing! Things that everyone wanna see but my wish is to visit one of the best Lodges in our area which is "Tshwene lodge".
I definitely recommend it, we had so much fun and enjoyed the swimming, fishing and walks around the lodge. Its clean and beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to go back again.
My goodness! What a heavenly place! We booked Eagles Nest and it was everything as advertised and more. Gréât cycling and game driving. The view is just incredible from our beds. The house felt just like home - cosy, inviting, easy to live in. The night skies were magical. Sunrise and sunsets breath taking. Wonderful friendly staff. Thank you!!
