The ideal 'home away from home'. So many thoughtful touches in the unit, easy access to beautiful beaches and the most amazing views.

Very comfortable apartment with many extras and easy access to a beautiful rocky beach. The main swimming beach is about 5km away. We were grateful for the gas stove and outdoor braai/fireplace during load shedding and the partially covered verandah is lovely and warm when sunny and provides shelter from the wind. Letitia and Jaco were fantastic hosts.
Very comfortable, neat and well equipped accommodation with stunning sea views and walking distance to the beach. Host/hostess made us feel welcome from day 1 with wine, milk, fruit, rusks etc. 31 on Sea view is really a lovely and welcoming place Highly recommended.
Grandchildren loved the WiFi, adults loved the little touches, e.g. bottle wine, fruit, etc, beds and sleeper couches were super comfortable. Definitely go again.
Ons het 'n baie lekker naweek weg gehad in Yzerfontein. 31 on Seaview het 'n amazing view van die see vanuit die hoofslaapkamer. Alles was soos verwag en Jaco en Letitia was baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ons Rocky (Ridgeback) het verskriklik lekker met Max gespeel. Sal definitief terug kom! Dankie julle.

The Boutique Spa (Maki-Saki) in Yzerfontein offers so much to its clients. Beautiful accommodation with jacuzzi, heated pool and oh yes, don't forget the beauty treatments that you can book. A definite bucket list stay for all!.
