The road to Dullstroom

The Dullstroom Inn is an easy two and a half hour drive from Gauteng and is well positioned for a stop over and a meal while in transit.
A log fire, a pub with a story

The Dullstroom Inn's history can be traced back to 1912 and was Mpumalanga's best kept secret for decades until the first ever Sunday Times "Finders Keepers" prize of a million rand was hidden in the well known English pub. It remains a pub in a million, with hearty meals and draught beer being served in front of a crackling log fire that has been burning for close on 33 years.

We offer 11 country style rooms all en-suite, each room provided with a coffee station. The rates also include a full English country breakfast.

Small conferences are catered for and special functions including: Weddings, Anniversaries, Birthdays & Bachelor parties.

Dullstroom Inn is home to weekend country lovers and home to those seeking mid-week breathers. Our friendly staff is ready to serve you a home cooked meal from our a la carte menu. An all day breakfast menu is also available. Dullstroom Inn opens its doors wide to welcome you, seven days a week.

Its beautiful and clean, and we were able to walk around the small town to visit all the quaint shops. It is a lovely destination for an easily accessible weekend away from Johannesburg.

Gorgeous little town with a lot of good places to eat. Bohobo Bar is a funky little space run by an awesome couple who will make you feel super welcome and they have live music 😁 Harries Pancakes is definitely a must as well as The Old Transvaal Inn.... Try one of their delicious adult milkshakes.
All this surrounded by spectacular scenery, this is a place everyone should visit.

It rained the whole time we were there, so didn't see much, but the food and hospitality was awesome wherever we went.
