Joubertsdal, founded in 1792, is one of the oldest farmsteads in the area and is situated along the R60-highway just 17km outside Swellendam, right at the foot of the majestic Langeberg Mountain.
Joubertsdal offers a modern venue for weddings or any special event and accommodates up to 160 guests.

Area Information:
The Overberg is a region of contrasts and wonder, with rugged mountain ranges, fynbos, rolling wheat, canola fields, and splendid coastal vistas. It is a place of reflection, discovery and one that may offer that adventure of a lifetime.

Attractions:
Swellendam is the third oldest settlement in South Africa, founded by the Dutch East India Company in the year 1745. A town famous for its architechture, history and sites. Well worth a visit. Marloth Nature Reserve is hidden away in the imposing Swellendam Mountains, between Swellendam, Ashton, Barrydale and Suurbraak. Marloth offers various day trails, ranging from easy, short walks to more strenuous, longer hikes.
