The Manor features a spacious double-storey foyer, upstairs lounge with free 24-hour internet-access, eleven well-appointed double bedrooms, with bath and/or shower en suite and TV. Eight of the rooms have private balconies/patios and overlook the ocean or lagoon, one has an ocean view from the bedroom but no balcony, and two face inland. The popular on-site Lemon Grass Restaurant has become internationally recognized for its cuisine.

Plettenberg Bay is conveniently located central to the Garden Route with a temperate all-year-round climate - a modern town possessing an old world charm yet not commercialised. Most activities, including swimming can be enjoyed year round.
Double kayaks are available free of charge to cross the river to the secluded beach or to explore the river; free Wi-Fi internet; restaurant and bar; web-cam so friends and family can view guests enjoying the location.
The Manor is central to the largest selection of attractions along the Garden Route. They are spread along the coast from Knysna, a thirty-minute drive west, to the furthest point of the Tsitsikamma Forest in the east. In-between are subjects of interest that have keep guests busily occupied - Beaches, Whale and Dolphin Watching, Surfing, Fishing, Kayaking, Boating Golfing, Nature Walks/Cycling Wildlife Arts & Crafts and shopping.
