I stayed in the Star of the Sea room at the Chartwell Guest House for five days. The accommodation was wonderful with a beautiful view of the Kalk Bay harbour. The staff are very well-trained, professional, friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is a real treat and loved our stay there. We would recommend it highly.

We loved every minute of our stay at Chartfield. It's within walking distance of all the great restaurants, quaint shops and the local train station, so we had little need for our hire car. Our room was very comfortable with a stunning view of the bay...it was hard to close the blinds. No words can aptly describe the breakfast; it was healthy, fresh and undeniably memorable. The service was fantastic, enough to meet your needs without being overbearing. We will definitely be back!
