One Summer Place is a beautiful self-catering ground floor unit in Shelly Beach. It has direct beach access, which means you get a daily wake-up call from the breaking waves on the beach. The unit sleeps up to six people (4 adults & 2 children) and is perfect for a romantic getaway, a long weekend break to recharge your batteries or your annual family holiday.
This unit is ideal for families, as there is a swimming pool and braai facilities on the premises and as it is a ground floor unit, it is also wheelchair-friendly.
A mere 50 steps away from feeling the sand between your toes, you can also take a short 500m stroll to the beautiful rock pool or sip on something cool on the deck of the Shelly Beach ski boat club.
One Summer Place has recently been renovated and boasts a new modern kitchen with granite tops and two newly upgraded bathrooms as well. Daily service is available on request, but the kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a dishwasher in the unit, which makes life a little easier.
The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, there are two single beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper couch in the lounge area allows for two more guests. All linen is provided but please bring your own towels.
The flat screen TV is connected to full DStv Premium Package.
Occupants of the unit must be at least 21 years old or accompanied by an adult of 21 or over for the entire stay.
