Bethel Country Lodge offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a beautiful and spacious farmhouse located just 4 km from the charming village of Clarens. This is the perfect tranquil getaway with family, couples or friends!
The lodge is set in a beautiful, shady garden with amazing views of the Caledon Valley. This newly decorated, self-catering sandstone house consist of four lovely bedrooms, and two and a half bathrooms. Three of the rooms offer incredible mountain views. All tastefully and individually decorated bedrooms have electric blankets and electric heaters.
The inviting, large living area offers a coal-burning fire which warms the living area and there is also a TV with full DSTV. There is a dining table with chairs and a separate games room in a sunny enclosed patio for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped for your self-catering needs. There are also braai facilities on the veranda.
Guests can admire a stunning 360-degree view of the magnificent Maluti Mountains and just below the fenced garden lies the beautiful Little Caledon river.
This is your home away from home, the ideal peaceful retreat to relax, unwind and restore the soul.

Variety
Main roads to town are recommended for daylight use only. Small town atmosphere but with a wide variety of activities and stores. The annual Titanic Challenge Trail Run was my main attraction - stunning views!

Small, quaint, but very lively little town with spectacular views all around. Hiking is a must and can be done on the edge of town. We stayed at Views and the hiking trail was on our back door. Beautiful, beautiful little town offering great food, culture, entertainment and beautiful hiking trails.
