Arpa Guest Farm offers comfortable accommodation in two lovely units as well as five campsites. The beautiful farm is situated about 6 km from Fouriesburg on the Clarens road. The perfect relaxing breakaway with loved ones.
Arpa Adventure Farm is a "green" farm which does not make use of grid power. A generator and batteries are used for electricity and lights and an 800 litre donkey boiler is used for the hot water supply.
Please note you need to bring your own bedding along. There are no TV's, ideal for a relaxing farm life holiday.
There is enough firewood for boma fires however you would need to bring your own charcoal with.
The entire farm can be booked out, perfect for events, birthday parties or weddings, this would be at a fixed rate, you are welcome to enquire. Catering can be supplied, breakfast, spitbraai and potjie.
There is a 180 degree view on the farm with stunning views of the magnificent mountains and right next to the farm is a tranquil dam - 20-50 metres from the units.
Fouriesburg is a quaint little town in the Eastern Free State, situated in the Brandwater basin. The Lesotho border post of Caledonspoort is about 8 km from Fouriesburg.

The place and the very swimmable dam with its abundant bird life are idyllic and the rough and ready accommodation is comfy and we found all we needed. It was stepping back into a quieter, gentler time guided by the rhythm of nature!
