Nestled next to the embrace of the ancient Pilanesberg volcanic crater a mere 5 km away, Kamogelo (which means "Welcome") is a neat and ideal place for affordable accommodation near the Pilanesberg National Park (5 km away) and Sun City (16 km away). We offer a warm and friendly, excellent bed and breakfast service. Lunch and dinner can also be provided on request with arrangements to suit you, or you may prefer to visit one of the restaurants nearby. You may enjoy the evening relaxing in our TV room.
In Room Facilities:There is one luxury room with a double bed and 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom, which accommodates a family with children. Six of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower & basin, and three bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower & basin. All the bedrooms have a TV set with DStv channels.
Area Information:Kamogelo is about one and a half hour's drive from Pretoria and Johannesburg and transfers to and from the Pilanesberg Airport, the Sun City complex, and the Pilanesberg National Park are available on request. Guided game drives through the Pilanesberg National Park can be arranged, or you can go on an exclusive game drive in your own vehicle to see the Big Five and enjoy that very special bush experience.

Game reserve was amazing ... beautiful landscape!

The Game Drive with an amazing ranger dubbed "the Buffalo solider", we had a free lunch which was in life's in the price.
The beautiful mountains and wild life just had me in a tranquil mode.
Definitely a do again for me.
The scenery is breathtaking and the wildlife is abundant. Sadly, the roads in the Pilanesburg are in terrible condition. Black Rhino Reserve however is well maintained and a spectacular place to visit.
