The first and second bedroom each feature 2 single beds which can be converted to a king-size bed on request. The third bedroom has a single bed, a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a single bed, a queen-size bed and with an en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms are each fitted with a shower. The wheelchair friendly unit is equipped with a TV with DSTV, a lovely fireplace, and a bar area. Guests can enjoy the braai area.

Guests can enjoy many activities in the area, from fishing, surfing, scuba diving, water skiing, swimming, canoeing, various river cruises, horseback riding, and the Royal Alfred golf course. Nearby attractions include Kasouga Beach, Kowie River, Rosehill Mall, Fort acre lighthouse, off-road bicycle haven and Bathurst (a 1820 settlers frontier village).
