Exclusive, luxurious and well appointed guest suites at great value in one of South Africa's favourite fly fishing destinations. Situated within walking distance of Dullstroom main street’s wide selection of family and fine dining restaurants, activities and shops.
In Room Facilities:Our exclusive suites all have private entrances, and are equipped with state of the art in-room entertainment, Free WiFi, Netflix and other streaming services, luxurious amenities, a fine selection of teas and Nespresso coffee machines.
Area Information:Dullstroom is situated in the Mpumalanga Highlands at approximately 2000 MASL, and is widely regarded as one of the best fly fishing destinations in South Africa. A plethora of restaurants and shops line the main street of Dullstroom, which are all within walking distance from The Browns'.
En-route to the Kruger National Park and centrally located for day visits to great destinations such as Tonteldoos, Bourke's Luck Potholes, The Big Swing, Sudwala Caves and Pilgrim's Rest.
Property Facilities:Secure parking inside the property is provided for each suite.
Available to all guests is a large synthetic decking patio looking out over the garden, as well as a well maintained and shaded children’s play area.
Free WiFi is available via the Vodacom network, with backup on the Telkom network. WiFi is uncapped.

Well maintained, pleasant staff, luxury accommodation experience.
Spotless, bright room. Despite freezing weather, room was cosy and warm. Sadly didn’t get to meet the Browns but communication via WhatsApp was prompt. Lovely selection of tea and coffees and thoughtful snacks provided. Would definitely visit again.

Super amazing, the bedroom and bathroom was very neat, and well organised. The bed was so comfortable I could sleep 😴 there for the whole day
The establishment was very clean, cosy and lived up to our expectations. It was a comfortable stay and whenever we needed help, the establishment had someone readily on hand to assist. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay. Cleanliness and neatness was the highlight of the establishment.

The Browns is truly luxurious. We booked the master suite which is extremely and the decor outstanding. We loved being spoilt with all the little things like the sherry every night and the fancy chocolates. Our host Dumisani is an outstanding person. We received exceptional service from him every day of our stay. Keep up the high standards.
Loved this place. So much effort put into making your stay comfortable. This would be an ideal venue for Winter (electric blankets, heater, old brown sherry). Man who met us was so friendly and made us feel so welcome.
