Paulandi offers lafenis and tranquility for the soul in Bosveld paradise. It is located in the Malaria-free Leeupoort Holiday Village, in the Thabazimbi district, Limpopo, on the R516, about 58km from Thabazimbi and 72km from Bela-Bela.

Paulandi is a self-catering bushveld holiday home in which 4 people can sleep in a nature reserve, surrounded by the Waterberg Mountains. The reserve is home to 50 kinds of mammals, 170 species of birds and 114 tree species. The game runs in the streets and meadows between the houses. There is a special band that has been forged between man and animal through the years.

There are many hiking trails that winding through a wide variety of indigenous trees. Visitors have free access to the 823 ha nature reserve from 07:00 to 18:00 where they can go hiking, jogging, cycling or motoring. There are giraffes, wildebeests, a variety of species of goats and other wildlife.

Leeupoort has a temperate climate throughout the year. It is hot in the summer with a high rainfall from September to April, and is known for thunderstorms in the afternoons. During the dry winter months, the climate remains moderate, although temperatures drop sharply during the night.

The lush bushveld vegetation offers ample pasture for a variety of wildlife such as giraffes, blue wildebeest, moose, kudu, rhino, njala, warthogs and zebras. It is a paradise for bird lovers.
