Annex Overnight Stay is located on the corner of Leyden Avenue and Durham Road in the tranquil suburb of Clubview East in Centurion - between Pretoria and Midrand. Centurion is best known for its shopping mall, one of the biggest shopping centres in South Africa. The property is only 4 km from the Gautrain Station, 5 km from the SuperSport Park and UNITAS hospital. Great accommodation for those seeking an overnight stay.
Accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms, suited to accommodate up to 7 guests. There are 2 bedrooms fitted with a double bed in each, 1 room with a ¾ bed and another room with twin single beds. Each non-smoking room features a private garden entrance and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. All rooms are equipped with bar fridges and TVs with local channels. Tea-and coffee-making facilities with rusks are also provided.
Braai facilities are available in the garden. Guests also have access to secure off-street parking with 24-hour remote control access.
The establishment does not serve breakfast although guests will find rusks in their rooms to enjoy with early coffee or tea. There are also more than 50 restaurants, coffee shops and tea gardens in a 5 km radius around us.

Golfers have a choice of three lovely golf courses: Centurion Golf Course, the Blue Valley course and Swartkops. For those outdoor type of people, there is the Rietvlei Dam Nature Reserve and the Roodeplaat Dam Nature Reserve, both of which are rich in fish, bird life and wildlife.
