Happy Hippo Farm offers a luxury family home for people who love the bushveld. The Game Farm is located on the Mogol river in the Limpopo Province. This beautiful holiday home is ideal for guests traveling to Botswana as it is located on the road to Groblersbrug and the Stockpoort border post. The house is spacious with 4 en-suite rooms, each with a queen size bed. Each room has a view opening onto the farm style patio and breathtaking river view.
The house is fully equipped for self-catering, with a big kitchen, dining area and living room. Daily cleaning and 24/7 service will spoil you rotten. The Game Farm is abundant in all types of wildlife. Game drives can be organized for viewing Buffalo, Roan, Sable and lots more wildlife. Happy Hippo Farm is a bird watching paradise with the African fish eagle nesting next to the river. Expect nightly visitors as the hippos will come and graze around the house.
The Mini Spa is an exciting new addition to Happy Hippo Farm. Our staff is very friendly and fully trained to ensure that you enjoy that well-deserved break. Special outdoor sessions can be arranged for those who love nature.

A very delightful stay, accommodation very tasteful high standard, beautiful surroundings, got all the rest and peace that we wanted, can recommend it and definitely will be back, the host was the best, we were treated with a delicious cake on arrival!

I enjoyed everything.
Lephalale (Ellisras) is very convenient for the border posts to Botswana.
Construction activities in the region makes it difficult for general tourism. Shopping Centres are of high quality but very crowded at times. Lots of places just outside of Lephalale offers typical African experience and is perhaps better for tourism.
