This three bedroom, two bathroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen house can comfortably accommodate six guests. It is Within a secure resident housing complex with remote control access and a communal swimming pool for the exclusive use of occupants of the complex. The double garage is conveniently placed and the door is remote controlled. From the garage you enter a private terrace which has a barbeque area with outdoor furniture and access to the front door and kitchen. It also features a fish cleaning facility and an outdoor shower. The second terrace, on the opposite side of the house, has a patio and a quaint private garden area with a smokers corner. It can further be described as cool and uncluttered décor which enhances the relaxing ambiance. Satelite Television with audio channels and complimentary Wifi internet connectivity is available.

The main bedroom is spacious with an en-suite bathroom, it is furnished with an extra-large king size bed, air-conditioner and has ample cupboard space containing a wall safe. The remaining two bedrooms which share a bathroom, are furnished with two beds each, sufficient cupboard space and have ceiling fans. One of the bedrooms has an air-conditioner. The premises will be serviced from 09:00 to 14:00 daily with linen, towels and beach towels included.
