We were warmly received. The room was clean and spacious. The place was very quiet and good for recharging one's energies. When we received a courtesy call asking what time we might be arriving it put our minds at easy knowing that we going to people who care.
We were looking for a last minute getaway with our two dogs over a long weekend and were very lucky to find this beautiful farm. The hosts are very accommodating and made sure that humans and dogs alike were comfortable and settled in. We were in a self catering cottage that has its own enclosed outside area so it is perfect for a getaway with the dogs. There are beautiful walks on the farm and we saw lots of game. Unfortunately there was a wind storm while we were there and the wind pump was making quite a bit of noise. This was a little unsettling. Despite the freezing weather we were very cozy in the cottage with the fire place going. I would love to return in summer and be able to go for a swim in the lovely pool.
I cannot remember much but the stay was good.
