Mermaid’s Rest is a self-catering double-storey Villa in Yzerfontein offering beautiful sea views of Tafelberg and Dassen Island. Sleeps 10
The villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms of which three are en-suite. Two living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Please note the accommodation can take a minimum of 8 guests.
The ground floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living area and kitchenette. The two sharing bathrooms are fitted each with a bath, a basin and a toilet. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with spa bath, toilet, basin and shower. The living area has a lounge with a TV and a small kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and microwave.
The first floor has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a second living area. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with a spa bath, toilet, basin and shower. The fourth bedroom has two kids beds and en-suite with bath, toilet and basin. The fifth bedroom has two single beds and the sixth bedroom has a double bed. The fifth bathroom is sharing and is fitted with bath, toilet, basin and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, washing machine and a dishwasher as well as a breakfast nook. In the living area is an 8-seater dining room table, couches and a TV with a DVD player. Leading out from the living area is a balcony with a built-in braai and outdoor dining set.
There is also a garage, a portable braai and kids jungle gym on the lawn outside. The property has parking for 4 vehicles.
