Beach House @ 22 is a fully furnished self-catering chalet located in the secure Manzini Chalets complex in the lovely town of St Lucia. The chalet is within walking distance of various restaurants, grocery stores, amenities, and tourist centres.
Beach House @ 22 can accommodate up to 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen. The main bedroom contains a double bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, built-in cupboards, and a seating area. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The bathroom contains a shower, a toilet, and a wash basin.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, other small appliances, and cutlery and crockery. The chalet is air-conditioned. There is also a bait freezer available for avid fishermen. Outside, there is a sheltered patio with outdoor furniture and braai facilities.
The Manzini Chalets complex offers a communal swimming pool and lovely gardens. Secure parking is available in the complex as well as 24-hour security.

We booked for the 21st February for 1 night as a whole the flat is really nice and pretty. Has everything you need for a overnight or longer stay, very conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

We went to St Lucia Villa Mia 5 to recover after operation. Absolutely beautiful place. Our own private braai area right at pool. Due to my medical condition we could not go out but our hosts arranged food delivery for us from nearly all the restaurants in St Lucia. One night there was guests that were intoxicated and loud. We informed our hosts who in return got the caretaker at the property in minutes and he resolved the issue. Will definitely book again. Thanks to the workers at Villa Mia that were always willing to run and get us something we needed in town. It felt like home and we will always remember our trip. Next time we will definitely visit all the attractions that St Lucia has to offer.
