Magwena River Lodge is built in the heart of Selwane Nature Reserve.
The famous Kruger National Park is also on our doorstep with only a 1 hour drive to experience the Big 5 up close.
Magwena River Lodge is newly built and offers luxury Fully Catered Accommodation.The lodge has a infinity pool, communal dining and lounge area and also a nice bar to relax at. We also have a braai area to sit around the fire and experience the rawness of nature.
Selwane Nature Reserve offers the Little 5 and an array of general game like Giraffe, Waterbuck, Kudus, Sable and Zebra. Guests can enjoy bush walks, game drives and sun downers. Photo Safaris is always a bonus to capture that perfect sunset. Mountain biking in the reserve is also available with own bikes etc.
Day trips to the Kruger park is available to experience the big 5, as well as close encounters with endangered species.
