Zoutpanputs Game Lodge guests are accommodated in bungalows built around a stunning old camel thorn tree at the foot of a red Kalahari dune.
Lodging is provided for a maximum of 14 people in three bungalows. A seperate entertainment area has a full kitchen, including gas stove, microwave oven and a fridge/freezer for self-catering.
The inside braai area is very popular with guests, especially on cold winter nights.
The entertainment area has ablution facilities.
Outside braai areas are also available, with more than enough wood.
Two bungalows sleep six people each in two adjacent rooms with double and single beds and a bathroom. The third bungalow sleeps two people, single.
Linen is provided. Please bring own towels.
Amenities are fully solar-powered.
A campsite is available, including the use of bathroom facilities (2 showers, 2 toilets and a donkey for hot water).

The peace, the friendliness and hospitality of the local people. Most of all I enjoyed the stars. It feels as if one can pick the stars like fruit from heaven. A sundowner with friends on a dune is a unique experience.
