St James is situated between Muizenberg and Kalk Bay on the False Bay Coast of the Cape Peninsula It is an old suburb with many fine Historic Houses. The Cecil John Rhodes Cottage is one of many National Monuments along the St James main road.
Whale watch (in season), take leisurely strolls along the promenade, sun bathe on the beach.
Watch the local fishermen landing their catch of the day at Kalk Bay Harbour and then enjoy eating at one of the many fine restuarants in the area.
