Acacia Guesthouse prides itself in providing accommodation & meals to the business traveler visiting our area that requires a relaxed and quiet stay. Acacia Guesthouse Reserve the Right to only accommodate guests that have a booking at the property, no visitors are allowed and no exceptions will be made. Leisure travelers are always welcome but kindly bear in mind that our facilities are mostly equipped with the Business travelers' requirements in mind and we do not provide any barbeque areas to guests.
Loadshedding: Acacia does not have a generator, HOWEVER our lights are battery charged and we provide 2 additional emergency free standing lights per room. We continue to provide high speed fiber for a maximum of 3hours and the water pressure stays persistent.

Weekday Check-in: 15h00 - 19h30,
Weekend Check-in: 15h00-18h00
Guests arriving after the above will be charged a late-check in fee of R150.00 per person per hour.
Check-out: 10h00, guests departing after 10h00 will be charged a late check out fee of R150.00 per person, per hour.

In Room Facilities:Each room with a private entrance, air-conditioning, and Stay Essential DStv Package, Desk, and chair will provide a comfortable stay to the distinct business traveler. Twin sharing, Double, Queen, or King bed preference available.
All rooms have complimentary High Speed Fiber as well as coffee & tea with complimentary treats, small fridge with water & ice, and microwave.
Rooms are not equipped as self - catering.

Weekends - Breakfast & Lunch packs - Dinner only on prior arrangement and subject to availability.

Property Facilities:Secure undercover on-site parking provided free of charge for normal vehicles, parking for Utility Vehicles not available. Please adhere to this as the property is in a residential area. Traveling with more than just a vehicle? Please advise beforehand to allow us to provide you with adequate parking space! Extra parking will be charged is guests needs more than 1 parking per room.
Enjoy a sit down breakfast served daily in Bon Appétit our dining room (07h00 - 08h30 weekdays & 08h00 - 09h30 weekends) with relaxing music and a wide variety of coffee and teas to set the perfect ambiance to start your day, ample seating space provides social distancing with ease and ultimate comfort.

Our on-site splash pool is available to our in-house and owner residents, guests may use the pool between (14h00 - 18h00) Children to be accompanied by parents at all times, please adhere to the rules of the pool displayed. Playing of loud music at the pool or parking area is strictly prohibited.
