Kumoya is located along the shores of Bloubergstrand, close to the beach and overlooking the picturesque Table Mountain. Ideally suited for holidaymakers or business travellers. With it's breathtaking views of Robben Island, white beaches and unforgettable sunsets, it is an ideal place for a breakaway.
Accommodation is offered in a fully furnished, studio apartment situated on the 10th floor of the well-known Blouberg Heights building. This 1 bedroom apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children.
The bedroom is fitted with a double bed and the lounge area has a queen bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, basin and toilet. Guests have to provide their own beach towels. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, a kettle, a toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. The lounge area has a TV with selected DStv channels and the living area has a table with 4 chairs.
The complex offers a communal braai area and a laundry facilities as well.

The beach.
Dining out, walking on the beach.
They are not far from shops even if I use Uber it's not expensive.
It is quiet and serene. The beach is easy to access and many people run on the beach or next to it. A great place to visit if you enjoy being active. Also, a very dog friendly place. I would recommend Mozambik for a relaxed meal, but be prepared for noise: it is a very popular location! Both Table Mountain and Robben Island are visisble from Blouberstrand. with Uber, you can get around pretty easily to just about any location.
The beach
We want to thank Marko and his team for their friendliness and welcoming us with open arms on the 4th of July 2022. He gave us a tour through the apartment and made sure that we had all the things we need. The apartment was well cleaned and had all the equipment needed. It is walking distance to the beach and there is a lot of restaurants to choose from in the area. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it for anyone. Sunset court will definitely see us again. Thank you Marko for everything.
