We are looking much forward to your stay and want you to have a great experience whilst accommodating with us, therefore we would like to inform you before you arrive of the indemnity, terms & Conditions, house etiquette & cancellation policy so that you are fully informed prior to arrival. This is also to limit formalities and assure a minimum delay upon your arrival regarding the signing in process. We enclose the terms & conditions of our indemnity form (acceptance of risk) for your and all members with you’ s attention. Upon arrival every adult must sign the indemnity on their own behalf, & if applicable also on the behalf of their minor/s. By signing the indemnity form, you accept the conditions of residence & personal liability for all amounts arising from or due to the establishment, and to individually (and on behalf of the members of your party for whom you are legally responsible for) understand & accept that it is a condition of the stay. Cocomo shall not be liable for the loss or destruction or damage to any of your belongings, arising from the supply of goods and services on the premise. Where appropriate, reference to “Cocomo” includes the operator and/or its members and/or directors and/or employees. We request guests to acknowledge and read the Guest Information Folder Directory of Services & emergency details placed in all rooms & to familiarize yourselves with the information.

Due to limited space, our parking is restricted to one single vehicle stand per room. Parking at own risk.
Cocomo is walking distance from the dam’s entrance (& not on the water) - Regrettably no Dam View.

All (but one) rooms are on 1st floor taking the staircase. There’s no elevator to success
Room Capacity: All rooms can accommodate TWO people only. Selected rooms have sleeper couch for small minors to share with Guardians. No Fish shoaling allowed
All rooms and inside public areas non-smoking. It is against the law to smoke in the rooms.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice and peak rates will be charged accordingly.
Some independent travel agents and websites might have added commission onto our rates.
Unfortunately, we do not accept single night bookings over weekends with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Being situated in a residential area, we are obligated to consider and respect our neighbors and other guests – NO NOISE, Music, functions, private parties, group socials and/or braais, hooting, loud music from cars or shouting & heavy loud talking allowed. Offenders will be evicted. All Guests paid to enjoy Cocomo’s tranquility - Don’t be Shell-fish. No Crabby attitudes please.
Right of admission reserved - No misbehavior allowed. Unruly behavior prohibited and will be evicted.
Arrival time: 2PM. Departure time: 10am (R100 per hour levied thereafter) Sea Turtles swim fast
Rooms serviced daily 8am to 1pm - Please allow our household staff access to your room during these hours as regrettably no house-hold services available after 12noon. Laundry Services available.
Breakfast available from 7am – 10am Weekdays and 8am – 10am on Weekends.

Please note that we do accept pirate treasures, cash and/or Master and Visa credit & debit cards, (regrettably not American Express or diner’s cards) for settling ALL extras on departure.
To be as free as a fish, guests receive a set of keys & remote. In case of a lost set, R450 will be charged.
Please note that adults must accompany children at all times as an uncovered swimming pool, car port, stair cases and balconies are present onsite – Please keep Nemo so you don’t need to find him
Beach Bum Rule: ? Please assure to take all belongings on departure. We take no responsibility for goods left behind / lost / damaged / stolen. Kindly make use of safes supplied in rooms for valuables. Cocomo is not responsible for the loss or destruction of or damage to any belongings of guests.
Anyone causing damages/breakage/stains to or loss/shortage of Club Cocomo’s property (not limiting but including furniture, fittings, equipment, Towels, Linen) will be held liable for replacing thereof.
We regret that due to health regulations, pets are not allowed. Except for Fish, we love Fish

The Guest/s, in addition to the aforesaid, indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature including injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any belongings, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence (gross or otherwise). Guest/s attends the establishment at their own risk. Safety doesn’t happen by accident

Please don’t use bath towel as cleaning cloth. No bath towels supplied in the room are to be used outside. Swimming pool water may shorten the towels life spam. Bring with your swimming towel. Hallo Summer
Please do not remove any of our décor as they form part of our special private collection and we would like to keep them complete.- to us it forms part of an endangered coral reef
Booking changes & date amendments will be dealt equivalent to cancellations.
We respectfully request guests not to put us in this position. We hate to be unkind, but unfortunately have to be strict as per the standard SA accommodation cancellation policy. This is a tremendously perishable industry with one vacant night as a lost forever, never to be retrieved. As we are a small but popular company high in demand, we constantly show potential guests away, thus losing income when bookings should be cancelled, postponed or amended less than 1 month in advance. Policy applies, irrelevant of the booking date.
Should you be unable to fulfill your booking, you are welcome to inform us that you will be sending someone in our place.
Less than 30 days (1 month) prior to arrival: 100% charged for total reserved period, including booking postponements or amendments - no refund. No Booking postponements will be accepted regrettably.
More than 30 days (1 month) prior to arrival: 50% charged for total reserved period, refund 50%
In case of any refund, a R350 admin handling fee will be charged.
No Refunds after arrival will be considered whatsoever for whatever unforeseen circumstance or disgruntle or dissatisfied issue or any situation out of management’s control and guests will be responsible for the total booking amount as well as all extras of the entire booked period.
