Beach Paradise Holiday Home is the magnificent beach house surrounded by nature, between the beach and the national reserve, within Klein Slangkop Private Eco Estate. Almost on the beach, the tranquility of this spacious four bedroom home will win your heart and soul.
When you drive through the entrance gate to Klein Slangkop, that’s where the visual evidence that you’ve just entered a private estate ends. Instead, it feels like you’ve just arrived inside a beautiful nature reserve
Situated along the pristine Longbeach shore, near Sunset Reef, looking towards the iconic landmarks of Noordhoek Beach and Chapman’s Peak with nature reserve all around.
It is almost immediately evident this is a child friendly, family environment judging by the number of parents lazily walking dogs with their toddlers ambling behind. Little red bikes whiz around freely and teens jog to the beach with surf boards tucked under their arms. No cars are speeding, there’s no typical suburban noises to be heard and people are smiling at each other in passing. Even on an average day during a working week, it’s still idyllic. Even more idyllic is the wildlife. It’s not anywhere that porcupines, whales, dolphins, otters, birds, and other beautiful creature can live together in such harmony.
Heading towards Baleen Drive, you can’t help but get a little more excited. The sounds of the ocean are just that little more noticeable and the houses have turned their back on you, looking out to sea. Baleen Drive proudly sits at the very tip of the estate, closest to the sea with views you can only imagine.
The open plan, double volume living area is surrounded by sea views and encompassed by a large undercover deck, overlooking the ocean. The lounge has a large fireplace and underfloor heating. The fully fitted, modern kitchen has a separate scullery/laundry. The main bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the same level, together with the guest cloakroom and direct access to the double garage off the house entrance. The lower level consists of three double bedrooms and two bathrooms, all opening onto the deck . The natural fynbos garden and swimming pool with extensive decking completes this comfortable, relaxed lifestyle.
This is a home that caters for a lifestyle of not just luxury, but of ultimate comfort and ease with a deep appreciation of it's natural surroundings. This is a home which epitomizes life in paradise.

Beautiful home! Divine view! Exactly as described!
This house has amazing views, and is a lovely comfortable but also stylish space. The beach, about one minute walk away, feels private and is stunning. The pool can be heated which is a bonus for the shoulder and off peak seasons. Finally Alex and local host Frankie were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
We had a wonderful time. The house was absolutely great and the view awesome. Great with kids! Lots of space.
Un vrai coin de paradis au bord de l'eau ! Le dernier jour les dauphins sont venus nous dire au revoir et comme la terrasse ne se trouve qu'à 100m du rivage, nous avons pu photographier leurs ébats.. moments magiques.. La vague du soleil couchant est toujours là et nous l'observons avec autant de délice qu'au premier jour ( avec un verre de chenin blanc à la main ! La maison est tellement agréable et rien n'y manque !.. à bientôt Klein Slangkop !
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr schön direkt am Strand und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt war schnell und sehr angenehm. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.
Lieber Alex und Familie, wir bedanken uns sehr für diesen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren, großzügigen Haus- gelegen am wilden Atlantik. Das Haus ist so liebevoll und perfekt ausgestattet. Großartig! Das zweite Mal nun waren wir hier in Kommetjie und erneut sind wir überwältig von der Kraft und Magie dieses Ortes! Es gibt nichts Schöneres, als auf der Terrasse dieses Hauses zu sitzen und den Rundumblick auf das Meer und die Berge zu genießen. Wenn man Glück hat, kann man die Robben beobachten, wie sie sich im Wasser tummeln. Die Sonnenuntergänge muss man erlebt haben. Der Ort ist so toll gelegen, dass man von hier aus zahlreiche Ausflüge starten kann, die große und kleine Menschen erfreuen. Mit den Pinguinen am Bouldersbeach schwimmen oder durch den Kirstenboschpark spazieren, je nach dem wie das Herz begehrt. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es die Imhoff-Farm. Hier kann man bei einem köstlichen Salat verweilen, während die Kinder sich auf dem Spielplatz oder bei den Tieren austoben. Alles hat rundum gepasst und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder in dieses Haus ins Paradies zurück!
A wonderful place to stay, on one of the most beautiful beaches on earth. The house itself is spacious and equipped to a high standard with everything you can possibly need on a holiday. Everything went smooth from booking to check in and out. So highly recommended for a relaxing stay close to Cape Town and its surrounding beauty.
