@THE C THE MECCA FOR KITE SURFERS IN RSA WITH BREEDE AT ITS DOORSTEP@ The C at Witsand is a 62 square meter SELF CATERING apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests and is located right in front on the sea in Witsand. The apartment offers a separate, private entrance with a security gate up the steps towards a sunny northern deck facing the street.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your self-catering needs with a 2 plate stove & oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, a safe for valuable belongings and cupboard space for your groceries. The kitchen also has necessary stoves in case of electricity failures plus 5 x 12v emergency lights in all rooms + tumble dryer + dishwashing machine. A gas geyser was installed.
The main bedroom, which is not sea facing, contains a king size bed with electric blankets in winter as well as a fan and an en-suite toilet.
The 2nd bedroom is sea facing and open-plan to the lounge area and contains a double bed and 2 bunk beds.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and is also equipped with a washing machine. A baby bath is available for kids.
There is another small separate toilet.
The lounge area faces the sea and features an inside braai, MP3 player, radio and TV with DSTV channels.
A sliding door opens onto a large deck with braai facilities and ocean views.
Private and safe parking is available as well as for your boat.
Welcome to all bowlers. Your host will pay your visitor's fees for the first day. The longer you stay, the cheaper the tariff.
We ask R800 cash for remote and breakage; deposit on arrival and refund immediately on departure. We subsidize gas. Client pays per unit for electricity being used. A once-off cleaning fee of R330.00 is applicable. The longer you stay, the cheaper the tariff.

We spent most of our stay on the deck taking in the stunning view. The beds are super comfortable and Radie was the perfect host. Radie also made sure we didn’t have to sit in darkness during loadshedding as he had LED lights in every room.

@ the C was everything I ever dreamed it would be. Right on the sea. The views are magnificent the hospitality great. It is really a place to unwind and rest the body and soul. The birds and bokkie that came to visit made the stay even more memorable. Thank you for sharing that piece of heaven with us. WILL BE BACK. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us. A lovely little flat, simple yet totally considerate of a holiday-maker's needs. Gorgeous view, private and quiet. We can't wait to go back.
We loved every minute of our stay at @ The C. The little loft is perfect for winter time. We didn't even need to use the electric blankets that they provided. The location is fabulous. Only a minute walk and you are on the sand. Views are terrific and we saw many whales. We will definitely be going back to @ The C.

It was a soul-refreshing retreat with the crash of the waves and the whales a stone's throw from the patio.
It was a very cute, funky cottage with great views. Excellent location and the deck was wonderful to watch the whales from. It isn't fancy but has all the amenities that you need. The Internet was an added bonus. The neighbour across the street was extremely helpful. We enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing.
Rabie was very pleasant and helpful and allowed us to check in early. We could watch the India/SA cricket match. The apartment has everything, you don't need to bring anything from home. Just your binoculars and your PVR and smart card.

The amazing Breede River, wild beaches, calm sand banks and majestic dunes are beautiful. Big sky's and peace and quiet. The Whale capital of SA.
A very unique place to visit.
We were at Barry's Guest house, everything was great, we had lots of fun and enjoyed the stay but the owners was a bit uptight the next morning after the next day , and the attitude AAAAg!
