Very friendly hosts, everything very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our night's stay at the guesthouse.
Stay was good. Very quiet.
Very last minute booking (we turned up at the gate less than 5 minutes after booking) but they were able to give us our room practically ready other than putting the fresh stuff in that were really great touches - fruit, tea/coffee/milk/rusks, chocolates on the bed, and sherry! Great having a decent fridge in the room and water in there. The room was a great size, bed very comfortable. Loved walking straight out into the small garden with plunge pool - which unfortunately was rather cold despite the warm weather. Great location, we walked for less than 10 minutes to the restaurants/bars. Really enjoyed the stay.
Super spot, beautifully decorated. Warrants a return trip.

Cafe Felix is lovely. We had dinner there. Wonderful atmosphere. The quiet of the town. At night you can "hear" the silence. Beautiful place.
The wonderful location, the views, the mountains and the local people. We met a fantastic artist call Piet Blom, and his wife Hester! His paintings are all about trees, and the complexity in his art is incredible!! We bumped into Mornè du Plessis, what a great man! And Roberto the Italian owner of Angies is a great host and looking after every patron personally.
For me the people, the unique town setup and the wine and nature and the simplicity of all makes it a great destination.
Beans about coffee!!
The local people made the atmosphere much more pleasant. Wineries are great!
