Just one road back from the beach and set among lush gardens overlooking green cane fields you will find 8 Artego Bay. One of 8 townhouses located on this large piece of property, with electric gates and a fully walled perimeter. The complex has a large fenced & gated pool which includes a kiddies pool.

The unit is spacious inside and comprises an open plan lounge, dining room, bar, kitchen, decks and balconies, 3 bedrooms and a loft. This home is not serviced, but you can rent a maid. It is fully air-conditioned, there is a Weber for braai-ing, 2 under cover parking spaces and DSTV is provided. The walk to the beach is a 10 minute stroll down the hill, one can park at the beach parking. The unit sleeps 10. There are 3 bedrooms, a loft and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom with queen-size bed is upstairs and en-suite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, the third bedroom has a double and 1 single bed. The loft has 3 single beds. All bedroom rooms have built-in cupboards, linen, bath & beach towels, hangers and AC. . All Kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge/freezer and all cutlery and crockery. The property is enclosed sorry NO pets are allowed.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: Out of season: 2 nights. Mid-season: 2 – 5 nights. March/April holidays: 5 to 7 nights. Peak season: If you include Christmas we require a minimum of 10 nights leaving on or by the 27/12 or 28th/12 OR if you are wanting to include New Year we require 10 nights starting/arriving from the 28th or 29/12 or there after. A minimum of 14 nights during the peak time if you include Christmas and New Year,starting and ending on any date. Alternatively: Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 7 nights) will be considered once the owner has their primary booking confirmed.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off. Departure cleaning fee once off. Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2000, refundable if there are no breakages.
