Welcome to Clarens Grand Villa. A Quiet and peaceful haven surrounded by a 360 mountain view - be spoilt with stunning views from all angles. Set between picturesque Mountains overlooking the quaint and arty village in the distance. Clarens has a way of creeping into your heart and leaving you with lifelong memories and a desire to return for more. The Villa sleeps 8 - 12 guests comfortably. Please note we only allow 8 adults max and 4 children 15 and younger. Children 15 and older are considered adults - Each spacious room has a King Size bed and double sleeper couch ideal for children sharing a room with Parents or friends sharing. Bathroom soaps are supplied.
The Villa has a fully equipped open plan entertainers kitchen - Gas oven/stove - luxury coffee Machine - spices, condiments, detergents - Double fridge with filtered water and ice - additional bar fridges for drinks available in the bar area. There are several areas available to dine - inside and out on the patio. Plenty of cutlery and crockery to suit your needs. A cosy indoor fireplace - wood will be supplied and fireplace stacked ready for your arrival - Please do not over load the fireplace with too much wood and never leave the fire unattended.
Guests have access to the entire house and all the amenities - access to one side of the garage only - The swimming pool is used entirely at own risk - The swimming pool has a pool net - Coffee, tea, sugar are supplied. Please bring fresh milk. Please bring charcoal and firefighters for the outside patio braai. Spices as well as various sauces are supplied, wood for indoor fireplace is supplied. There is full DSTV with extra view in the covered Braai area.

Variety
Main roads to town are recommended for daylight use only. Small town atmosphere but with a wide variety of activities and stores. The annual Titanic Challenge Trail Run was my main attraction - stunning views!

Small, quaint, but very lively little town with spectacular views all around. Hiking is a must and can be done on the edge of town. We stayed at Views and the hiking trail was on our back door. Beautiful, beautiful little town offering great food, culture, entertainment and beautiful hiking trails.
