Boulevard 111 is a fully furnished self-catering apartment in the secure Margate Boulevard complex in the heart of Margate. The complex is located opposite the Margate main beach, and the Margate municipal swimming pool and is near to various restaurants and shops.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a dining and living area, and a balcony. The first bedroom contains a double bed. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area is air-conditioned and contains a TV.
Margate Boulevard offers security-controlled access and on-site parking.

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
Highly recommended.
