Boulevard 8 is a fully furnished self-catering apartment in the secure Margate Boulevard complex in the heart of Margate. The complex is located opposite the Margate main beach, and the Margate municipal swimming pool and is near to various restaurants and shops.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, and comprises 3 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third bedroom contains a double bed and a bunk bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains a TV.
Margate Boulevard offers security controlled access, and on-site parking.
The facilities to do in the area is awesome, you can go have an lovely lunch at Mac Banana along with some paint ball shooting,Deli & Bakery, Mac Fish, Speciality shops, Bird Viewing deck, Jungle gym, Play areas for children, Butterfly dome and Pony rides. On the same way to Port Edward you will find Wild Coast Sun Casino. Lake Eland is also the place to be for sight seeing, the nature is incredible.
Pure Venom is on the Izotha road close to Shelly Beach, kids will absolutely love this place, all different snakes and also how to educate the children in all ways of what is dangerous and what not. In Shelly Beach we have the Must-Byt fishing and boat trips, deep sea views and deep sea swimming. Then for the parents we have Pistols Saloon for dinner and dancing situated just past Ramsgate.

However this ground floor flat is well positioned with a good sea view, access to the beach is not as easy as you would expect it to be. The flat is right next to the pool in the complex. This attract all sorts of elements who become so crowdy that any wish for a bit of an afternoon nap is merely impossible - especially on weekends. The flat has good sleeping capacity (c. 7 people). The kitchen is well equipped (an extra pan will be helpful). The flat could be better maintained by the owner.
The lounge furniture is rather filthy and should be cleaned more often.
Very clean, well maintained unit- always book at boulevard, best place to be. Indeed we had so much fun, we will definitely be here again.
Very nice place, it's near everything, shops, restaurants, beach etc. We really had fun ☺️☺️☺️

Fantastic complex and only 7 units. Lovely sea view. Safe and secure.
Close to restaurants, shops, beaches, Shopping Malls. The Casino is about 35 km from Sea-spray.
