A great house for families or friends this traditional large property in appearance from the outside is modern and stylish from within and boasts one of the highest roof terraces with the best facilities in the area.
The air-conditioned bedrooms are all located on the ground floor. The Master bedroom with frosted glass walled en-suite toilet, open plan bathroom with twin sinks and free standing black bath & shower also has a large dressing area. Like the second king/twin bedroom both open out onto a garden with pond, seating and great views of the Harbour and city. The third compact double bedroom shares a shower bathroom with the second bedroom.
Stairs from the front door lead you directly to the first floor which is the entertaining heart of the property. Modern in design, this massive air-conditioned open plan dining, living and kitchen area has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors along one whole side that look down on the garden and across to the harbour.
Exterior steps lead you from a private balcony to the roof deck with spectacular 360 degree views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and the whole city. With it's plunge pool, hot tub, sun deck, seating and bar counter with sink and built in Braai/BBQ. this space is ideal for relaxing or entertaining.

I enjoy it being quite low key and quirky and mixing with locals as well as tourists and having a few good eateries, bars and coffee shops nearby with easy walking distance into the city centre and the waterfront and Green Point with short taxi rides to beach areas.
