Traditional in appearance from the street, this luxury stylish property has been cleverly designed with open plan living space, pool and three air-conditioned bedrooms.
A central corridor divides the two ground level bedrooms from the kitchen and entertaining heart of the house. The large front bedroom has a separate bathroom with large shower and free-standing bath. Sliding Venetian doors allow you to sit in the bath looking directly across the pool and terrace. The second bedroom has an en-suite shower looking out to the poolside. The fully fitted kitchen with island extends through to dining area then air-conditioned living space that has French Windows that open onto the pool and terrace.
The private pool area with seating has an outdoor shower with built in BBQ/Braai and stairs leading up to the large wooden roof deck. Here there is seating, sun loungers and hanging chairs where you can enjoy amazing views for Table Mountain and the city. From the same pool terrace, stairs lead to the lower ground courtyard to the third bedroom with en-suite shower.
This property is serviced and, separate to the accommodation rate, there is free WiFi.

I enjoy it being quite low key and quirky and mixing with locals as well as tourists and having a few good eateries, bars and coffee shops nearby with easy walking distance into the city centre and the waterfront and Green Point with short taxi rides to beach areas.
