The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, one king/twin with en-suite shower and a queen with separate bathroom with shower. The open plan kitchen, dining area and living space, with ornamental gas fireplace, opens out onto the small garden with seating and plunge pool. This area has views across the city and towards the harbour.
Clever wooden floating stairs lead you to the master queen sized bedroom, here you can enjoy harbour views from the bed that overlooks a balcony. The rear sun deck has a 8 seater hot tub that can either be accessed from the external staircase next to the garage or through the master bedroom's en-suite. I enjoy it being quite low key and quirky and mixing with locals as well as tourists and having a few good eateries, bars and coffee shops nearby with easy walking distance into the city centre and the waterfront and Green Point with short taxi rides to beach areas.
