This modern apartment is in the very popular complex of Cozumel! With a fantastic view of Umdloti.
Cozumel 411 can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed while the second bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed set.
The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, featuring a fridge-freezer combination, stove with oven and a microwave. A dishwasher is available for added convenience. The dining area has a 6-seater dining table while the lounge has a wall-mounted, flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. The living area opens through glass sliding doors to a balcony with outdoor furniture and sea views.
The Cozumel complex offers communal laundry facilities and automatic gate access operated by a security guard. There is also a communal swimming pool with braai facilities.
There is also a breakage and disturbance deposit of R1500 per booking which is refundable after your stay as well as a community levy of R10 per night.

Umdloti has very conveniently located magnificent stretches of pristine golden beaches with shark nets, clear water, large safe tidal pool, delightful paved walks beside the sea and outstanding restaurants like Mundo Vida with sea views. Simple open air changing rooms like those seen on European beaches would be an improvement.
