Welcome to 39 Dixon Street,
This large five bedroom house is perfect for big families or groups.
At the top end of Dixon Street this property has a front terrace, with outdoor seating, where you enter into the open plan ground floor. French Windows span the living and dining area with ornamental fireplace and open plan kitchen one side and on the other, a curved wall with further windows and sliding doors bringing light in from the outdoor staircase and courtyard.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned with their own en-suite bathrooms. The two large ground floor bedrooms, 4 & 5, open out onto one high walled private garden courtyard with table and seating; bedroom 5 has an open plan bathroom with free standing bath. Bedroom 4 is made up as a twin and can be converted to king.
The internal courtyard metal stairs are open air, with connecting balconies to the first floor bedrooms 1, 3 (middle) & then 2, with a further flight of open stairs to the roof terrace. The large master bedroom 1 stretches the width of the property with open plan shower and separate toilet. French Windows open onto a long balcony with seating area that over-looks the courtyard for bedroom 4 & 5 below and has great views of the city and Table Mountain. Bedroom 3 is the middle room with en-suite bathroom and can be made up as king or twin. Located at the front of the house, bedroom 2 spans the width of the property with French Windows looking across the village. Like bedroom 1 this has an open plan bathroom with separate toilet.
The massive roof terrace has 360 views of Table Mountain, city and village. With great seating areas and sun loungers plus a large 6-8 person hot tub; it's a great space to enjoy with the whole household.
This property is serviced and, separate to the accommodation rate, there is free WiFi.

Great views
I enjoy it being quite low key and quirky and mixing with locals as well as tourists and having a few good eateries, bars and coffee shops nearby with easy walking distance into the city centre and the waterfront and Green Point with short taxi rides to beach areas.
Fantastic location!
